Full size carrots
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/4 Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Recipe
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash, skin, and cut carrots into strips.
Mix brown sugar, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
Add carrots to a bowl. Pour mixture onto carrots and mix well until all carrots are coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place carrots flat (in one layer) onto a sheet pan. Place in oven and cook for 15-20 mins. Check to make sure they do not burn!
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
