Cut off the stem of each brussel sprout, and cut them in half the long way.
Drizzle in olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet, all face down. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and flip each brussel sprout over. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Thai Chili
Follow the "Basic" recipe.
In a separate bowl, mix together equal parts sweet thai chili sauce and soy sauce. Pour onto the brussel sprouts. (Do not drown in sauce. Just enough to cover each.)
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Enjoy!
Balsamic
Follow the "Basic" recipe.
Chop pecans and add to brussel sprouts.
Add dried cranberries.
Drizzle with your favorite balsamic vinegar. (My favorite is Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar!)
