4 Plums
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/8 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Maple syrup
2 Tbsp Butter
Recipe
Recipe makes 2 servings
Cut the plums in half and remove the pit.
Melt butter in cast iron skillet (or non-stick pan) on medium heat.
Place plums into the pan skin-side down, and sprinkle immediately with brown sugar.
Flip the plums over, skin-side up, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until caramelized.
Flip the plums back over and cook for 3-5 minutes until soft.
Remove plums from the pan.
Add maple syrup to the pan and turn off the heat. Stir for 10 seconds and remove from pan. (You do not want burnt syrup!)
In a bowl, add Greek yogurt, plums, and walnuts. Pour the syrup on top.
