2 pieces of Alaskan Salmon
Chipotle Chili Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 lime
Recipe
Gently dry the salmon on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chipotle chili seasoning.
In a saute pan, heat olive oil on medium-low heat.
Place salmon in the pan. Cook until the salmon is visibly cooked halfway through (light pink on the sides).
Flip the salmon over and cook until finished.
Let sit for about 1 minute.
Sprinkle with fresh lime juice.
Serve with white rice, black beans, and my
Mango Avocado Salsa
