2 overripe Bananas mashed
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 cup of chocolate chips
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream/yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted melted butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, wisk together eggs, bananas, brown sugar, white sugar, yogurt, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and wisk together.
Add melted butter and mix.
Add the chocolate chips and walnuts to the bowl and mix.
Spray loaf pan and pour in mixture.
Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted come out clean.
Let rest 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
