2 1/4 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT flour in bowl. (You can use hands for a more rugged dough or use a dough hook on a mixer for a smoother dough.)
Add flour in small amounts until a dough forms.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
If you are making a pizza, the dough only takes about 10-12 minutes to cook.
