Lemon Chive Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp dried chives
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Brussel Sprouts
2 pounds of brussel sprouts (trim the stem and cut in half from top to bottom)
1 quart vegetable oil
Salt
Recipe
Dipping Sauce:
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Brussel Sprouts:
Heat vegetable oil in dutch oven on medium-high heat. (375 degrees F or until it sizzles immediately after adding a brussel sprout)
Prepare a baking sheet with paper towel on top to hold the finished product.
Cook brussel sprouts in oil on medium-high heat, stirring gently until dark brown and crispy. This should take about 10 minutes.
Remove brussel sprouts with wired or metal spoon. Roll on paper towels to absorb the oil. Sprinkle with salt.
