6 chicken thighs
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
1/3 cup white wine
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 1/2 top Oregano

Recipe
Marinate your chicken thighs in the fridge overnight with the salt, pepper and paprika.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat a sauce pan on medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and onion powder to the pan.
Saute for about 1 minute.
In a separate bowl, mix white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, and a dash of salt.
Pour into saute pan, and mix everything together. Saute for about 2 minutes, or until it reaches the consistency you desire!
Place chicken on flat oven tray. Pour some of the sauce on top of the chicken. (Save a little to spoon on top right before serving!)
To add extra lemon flavor, place slices of lemon on the chicken while baking.
Bake the chicken for 30-40 minutes.
To crisp skin, put the chicken under the broiler for 2-3 mins.
