1 large head of broccoli
1 medium sweet potato
Olive Oil
Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 thyme
1/4 tsp oregano
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Dice sweet potato into small chunks.
Slice large broccoli pieces in half.
Place both in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil until everything is coated lightly.
In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano.
Pour onto the vegetables and stir.
Sprinkle with a dash of cayenne pepper (more if you like spicy).
Mix well to ensure all pieces are seasoned.
Roast in oven for about 25 minutes.
