1. You will need 2 small bowls. In the first small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard and the Worcestershire sauce. In the second small bowl, mix the olive oil, parmesan cheese, parsley, and chives. 2. Pat dry the salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Roll out the puff pastry. Cut it in half and roll each piece out so that they are large enough to wrap around each piece of salmon. 4. Brush the top of the pastry with the mustard mixture. Place the salmon in the middle of pastry and top with olive oil mixture. Fold the pastry over the salmon. and brush outside with the remaining mustard mixture. 5. Drizzle with olive oil. 6. Place on top of sheet pan and cook in oven for 25-30 minutes.
