Ingredients
1/2 lb of Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Mango Pineapple Puree (or your desired sweet fruit puree)*
1 tsp Asian Seasoning Mix
1/2 tsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Chili Powder

*If you do not like the fruit puree, you can substitute honey!

Remove tails from shrimp and pat dry.
ln a bowl, mix all ingredients except garlic and olive oil.
In a saute pan on medium heat, heat the olive oil and garlic. Simmer for about 1 minute, then add shrimp.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan.
Pour bowl of mixed ingredients into the hot pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens. This should be about 5 minutes.
Serve with rice and broccoli. Enjoy!
Want to make some changes?
To make sweeter, add more puree (or honey substitute).
To make thinner/saltier, add more soy sauce.
To make spicier, add more chili powder.
